Objectives of Lean Healthcare

The implementation of Lean Healthcare in healthcare facilities helps to:

EVALUATION AND CERTIFICATE
- A 75-question MCQ test with a duration of one hour.
- A score of 75% is required to be certified.
- At the end of each training, a certificate is issued to the candidate (subject to passing the exam) and/or a participation certificate.
IN-PERSON TRAINING
- 3 days of training
- From 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM (7 hours/day)
- Available for individuals or groups of 6 to 20 participants
- €1,800 per person
- Certificate provided, accredited by The Council for Six Sigma Certification
E-LEARNING
- 21 hours of training
- Access duration: 3 months
- €890 per person
- Certificate provided, accredited by The Council for Six Sigma Certification
