Objectives of Lean Healthcare

Lean aims to enhance the sustainability and efficiency of medical organizations and their activities.
Lean Healthcare provides practical solutions to the challenges faced by healthcare institutions, which are increasingly required to do more with ever-limited human and financial resources.

The implementation of Lean Healthcare in healthcare facilities helps to:

  • Prevent medical errors
  • Improve patient care quality
  • Reduce administrative tasks
  • Enhance quality control

EVALUATION AND CERTIFICATE

  • A 75-question MCQ test with a duration of one hour.
  • A score of 75% is required to be certified.
  • At the end of each training, a certificate is issued to the candidate (subject to passing the exam) and/or a participation certificate.

ON SITE TRAINING

  • 3 days of training
  • From 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM (7 hours/day)
  • Available for individuals or groups of 6 to 20 participants
  • €1,800 per person
  • Certificate provided, accredited by The Council for Six Sigma Certification

E-LEARNING

  • 21 hours of training
  • Access duration: 3 months
  • €890 per person
  • Certificate provided, accredited by The Council for Six Sigma Certification

TARGET AUDIENCE

This training is intended for all members of a hospital center, whether they are part of the management team or members of the medical staff.

PREREQUISITES

No prerequisites are required.

ACCESS MODALITIES AND TIMEFRAMES

Please note that for in-person sessions, the training is delivered either individually or in groups of 6 to a maximum of 20 participants.

Access to the platform is granted for a period of 3 months from the course activation date.

ACCESSIBILITY FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

This training is accessible to people with disabilities, subject to a feasibility assessment.
