About SPECS®
The Students Professionalization & Employability through Competences & Skills (SPECS®) program is an initiative of the European Centre for Leadership and Entrepreneurship Education (ECLEE). Since 2014, we have trained 18,000 students in nine countries — France, Senegal, Morocco, Nigeria, Rwanda, Tunisia, Cameroon, India and Kenya — through our YETI and Erasmus+ pilot projects.
