TRAINING OBJECTIVES

• Discover the steps of DMAIC (Define, Measure, Improve, Innovate, Control).
• Select the appropriate Lean and/or Six Sigma tool to achieve the desired client performance by analyzing the current situation (gathering facts, data, waste, and losses).
• Identify waste using specific observation grids to conduct a situational assessment.
• Apply suitable tools and methodologies to optimize work environments and enhance performance.
• Lead a simple end-to-end improvement project to facilitate team progress workshops and deliver tangible on-site improvement results.
• Develop the ability to identify recurring issues and lead projects to eliminate them permanently.

EVALUATION AND CERTIFICATE

• A 150-question MCQ test with a duration of three hours.
• A score of 75% is required to be certified.
• At the end of each training, a certificate is issued to the candidate (subject to passing the exam) and/or a participation certificate.

ON SITE TRAINING

• 10 days of training
• From 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM (7 hours/day)
• €8,500 per person
• Certificate accredited by The Council for Six Sigma Certification

E-LEARNING

• 80 hours of training
• Access duration: 6 months
• €6,500 per person
• Certificate accredited by The Council for Six Sigma Certification

PREREQUISITES

Candidates must be certified Six Sigma Green Belt and/or have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the field.

ACCESS MODALITIES AND TIMEFRAMES

Please note that for in-person sessions, the training is delivered either individually or in groups of 6 to a maximum of 20 participants.

Access to the platform is granted for a period of 6 months from the course activation date.
